The assessment asks for practice details, annual collections, assessment scores, and optional contact information. Do not enter patient names, medical records, or other protected health information.
How information is used
Information is used to calculate your score, estimate potential revenue leakage, and generate the diagnostic report you request. If report delivery is enabled and you request an email copy, the report and contact details are used to deliver it to the stated recipients.
Sharing and sale
VAERION Systems does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting and requested report delivery, subject to appropriate safeguards, or disclosed when required by law.
Your choices
You may use the assessment without entering optional contact details. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, and legitimate business needs.
